Return & Warranty Policy
Personal Hygiene Products (No Returns)
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products once they have been purchased. This includes, but is not limited to:

Due to the nature of these products and hygiene regulations, all sales of personal hygiene items are final.
90-Day Limited Warranty (Personal Hygiene Products)
Although returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products.
All personal hygiene products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects only.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

Proof of purchase is required.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product at our discretion.
Other Products (30-Day Return Policy)
For all non-hygiene products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item.
Return Authorization
All returns or warranty claims must be approved in advance.
Please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
